Our Department provides specialized training for bachelors in economics. This year we offer a new profile “Global Finance and Risk Management”.
The Department, being a signatory to the financial initiatives of the UN Global Compact on Sustainable Development, follows the principles of responsible management education:
- competitive specialists with knowledge in the subject area, digital technology; gaining experience in using software products, working on simulators – case solutions, participation in competitions, development and presentation of business projects,
- involved in the development of the financial sector, with the ability to interact with business, government and society, able to participate in research, business administration, and take an active part in professional events;
- capable of ensuring socially responsible impact on financial processes at the global and national levels (there is an obvious need for skills in intercultural communication – foreign languages, technologies of international negotiations, ability to harmonize financial relations by legal and alternative ways of dispute resolution, etc.).
The undoubted advantage of our graduate is the quality of his training, confirmed by certification that provides leadership in employment. During the training period, you will be trained to independently assess qualifications at international and national level. A number of certification level modules are integrated into the curriculum, and a number are available as an optional extra.
The program envisages mastering the competences of a financial expert, financial adviser, financial consultant, analyst, and risk manager. During the training, meetings with well-known experts from Switzerland, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Austria, Italy, France, Monaco and Russia, online forums on global applied ethics, financial technologies, private capital management, etc. will be organized. As the epidemiological situation in the world gets back to normal, foreign internships will be offered.
Successful graduates of bachelor’s studies will have a chance and unique conditions to continue their studies at master’s programs: «Financial Diplomacy, Banks, Finance, Investments, Business Finance: International Accounting and Management Technologies.
Due to the quality training model, which is confirmed by the ratings of demand for graduates, we traditionally occupy a leading position in the TOP-5.
