The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) holds the 1st International Online Forum “Women Executives: Capacities, Opportunities, Success”
The Forum is organized by the RANEPA’s Department of Finance and Banking with the support of the “Women on Boards of Directors” community.
The Forum is held under the auspices of the Rector of the RANEPA, D.Sc. Economics, Professor V.A. Mau.
At the Forum, authoritative Russian and foreign experts and leaders of major business unions will discuss why the role of women leaders is increasing now and talk about new trajectories of women’s career development in management, finance and technology. A special place at the Forum will be devoted to the discussion with participation of the Deputy Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation R.N. Vesterovsky, Director of the HR Policy and Staff Development Department of the Ministry of Economic Development T.I. Diakonova and Executive Vice-President and member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs A.V. Murychev on “Potential for Growth of the Share of Women at the Strategic Management Level.”
Forum Moderators:
Elena A. Rechkalova, Member of the Board of Directors, leader of the “Women on the Board of Directors” community, Deputy Co-Chairman of the Commission on Banks and Banking of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, lecturer at RANEPA’s Department of Finance and Banking.
Evgenia R. Bogatova, Chairman of the Control and Audit Commission of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Deputy Director of the Center for the Development of Financial Competences and Qualifications of RANEPA’s Department of Finance and Banking, PhD in Economics, Doctor of Economics and Management at the International Academy of Management.
Forum will be held from 11 AM till 4 PM (Moscow time). The conference will be broadcasted on the RANEPA’s platform and simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
